Quinta do Ermeiro is part of the touristic hunting area belonging also to the olive oil route, being famous by the roasted kid in the oven, lamb in the pot, rice beans with veal ribs, partridge and wild boar in the pot. As for desserts, is also distinguished by its jams and marmalades made at the farm, highlighting the Pavia one (a variety of peach brought by Italian monks, late harvest after Summer).

The walnut cake and chestnut cake are also ideal to accompany a snack or a dessert.
