An olive grove with 10ha whith the combination of three varieties of olives, allows to produce a fresh oil but with a complex and unique typical from the region.
The olive trees are the following varieties:
- Cobrançosa
- Verdeal
- Madural

The olive harvest takes place during the cold months of winter, between December and January, and immediately processed at a local mill site, using modern production techniques. It is guaranteed that the olives do not come into oxidation or fermentation processes, complemented with a cold press, thus ensuring superior category of "Extra Virgin Olive Oil".
